No family should have to choose between food and medicine.

Born Linda Robinson in Toronto in 1947, Linda Thorson trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and became internationally known as Tara King in the classic British series The Avengers.
Over more than five decades she has worked on stage and screen in London, New York and at home in Canada, from Broadway to Emily of New Moon, Schitt's Creek and The Hardy Boys.
In her own words, Linda lost her mother and her sister to cancer, and still greets each day "with hope and joy" and "a sense of the sheer gift of being alive." This fund carries that spirit to families who need help with the medicine they depend on.
Volunteers help families apply to the Ontario Trillium Drug Program, OHIP+ and other public coverage they may qualify for.
When a prescribed medication isn't covered, the fund may help with part of the cost, as funds allow.
We connect families with pharmacists and health providers. We do not give medical advice.
Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. The Linda Fund does not recommend, prescribe or change any medication.
